Come join us at the book launch of Flourishing Foodscapes on 27 September 2018, with an additonal program next to the book launch. In an accessible way and for a generally interested audience, this evening revolves around subjects of the book, like the global issue of food(scarcity) and larger scale solutions for this problem.

Thinking about food-related problems and challenges is becoming increasingly important. These issues influence our planet and way of life, but also our everyday existence. If we really want to design more sustainable food systems, we will have to think more structurally about changing food provisioning at different various levels of scale. Building on inspiring practices, projects, and designs from all over the world, Flourishing Foodscapes transcends the field of bottom-up initiatives and private projects and takes a step towards a more comprehensive approach to food issues.
