It's a Book is a publishing fair and platform for the sharing of knowledge between international independent publishers and the students of the academy of Leipzig. After the fair was cancelled last year, this year will have a virtual edition. With this year's theme: It’s a book, it’s a screen, it’s a space in between, the online platform will host various performances and presentations, for instance by Alexandru Balgiu & Olivier Lebrun, Lina Ehrentraut, Sophia Prinz en Yehwan Song. Of course the It's a Book website will also function as a stage for various publishers to showcase their (latest) projects.
