It's a Book – Money Low, Funny Though is an independent book fair with a symposium, which will take place on 21 March 2026 at the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig (HGB). Around 80 independent publishers and publishing projects will present their books, magazines, zines and editions and provide insights into current practices in independent publishing. The accompanying symposium is dedicated to the question of the significance of independence today. Speakers include Ulla Heinrich, Tom Lamberty, Anh-Linh Ngo, Winnes Rademächers, Mark Reeder and Martin Schmitz.
