The Festival of the New European Bauhaus
From 9 to 12 June 2022, The Festival of the New European Bauhaus is coming alive as a hybrid event. The Festival brings together stakeholders from all walks of life to debate and shape our future landscape. It is also a key opportunity to get citizens on board and raise awareness of the power of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) values of beauty, sustainability and togetherness in addressing societal challenges. For its first edition, all events of the Festival such as conferences, exhibitions, seminars or other meetings combine a 'live' onsite event with a 'virtual' online component.
PANEL DISCUSSION - Design and co-creation: Can they save the world?
How does other peoples’ creative thinking influence how we tackle the world? From switching off the alarm to drinking the last cup of tea before bed, we interact with hundreds of objects and services each day. This session explores the transformational potential of design, looking at principles such as transdisciplinary engagement and participation.
