Publisher's talk by Astrid Vorstermans / Valiz, Amsterdam, presenting some of Valiz's newest titles, weaving in a bit more on their choices and way of working. 
Art and creativity are direly needed in a world full of toxic powers. (Art) Books are the perfect means to explore the imagination, to connect new ways of creative thinking and making, to ground some of these ideas, exchange, and use them as a starting point for further discussion. What can a book be, how can a publisher help to generate healthy social, cultural and ecological systems? It means learning, unlearning, listening, rethinking the way we work, with whom, how, why, and on what conditions.
